Return Policy

At Arcane Gaming, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, our Return Policy outlines the conditions and process for returning items and requesting refunds or exchanges.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging and tags intact.
  • Digital products and downloadable items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are excluded from returns, including:

  • Custom-built PCs and configurations.
  • Gift cards and promotional items.
  • Perishable or consumable products.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at support@arcanegaming.com with your order details.
  2. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions.
  3. Pack the items securely and include the RAN in your shipment.
  4. Ship the items to the address provided by our support team.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds for items purchased with gift cards will be issued as store credit.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, follow the same process as returns. Specify the product you would like in exchange, subject to availability. Any price differences will be communicated during the process.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
